- Process medication orders: The Pharmacy Tech Specialist will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing medication orders from healthcare providers, ensuring that the right medication and dosage is dispensed to the patient.
- Monitor inventory: This individual will be responsible for monitoring medication inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed, and maintaining accurate records of all medications in stock.
- Provide exceptional patient care: The Pharmacy Tech Specialist will play a critical role in providing excellent patient care by ensuring that all medications are dispensed accurately and in a timely manner. High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.
Completion Of An Accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program.
Valid Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (Ptcb) Certification.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Pharmacy Technician In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, And The Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment.
