- Perform medication inventory management and ordering, ensuring adequate supply levels for patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure safe and effective medication therapy for patients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote patient safety and regulatory compliance.
- Educate patients and caregivers on proper medication use and potential side effects.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
- Participate in medication safety initiatives and quality improvement projects.
- Utilize technology and computer systems to process and document medication orders.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers.

- Communicate effectively with team members and proactively seek guidance and feedback from pharmacists.
- Perform other duties as assigned by pharmacists or pharmacy leadership.
