  1. Greet and welcome patients and their families with a friendly and compassionate attitude.
  2. Provide assistance with basic needs, such as helping patients with personal hygiene and mobility.
  3. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
  4. Assist with positioning and transferring patients to ensure their comfort and safety.
  5. Respond promptly and professionally to patient requests and needs.
  6. Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for patients, including changing linens and emptying trash.
  7. Communicate effectively and respectfully with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
  8. Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner.
  9. Monitor and report any changes in a patient's condition to the appropriate healthcare provider.
  10. Assist with patient transportation and escorting patients to and from appointments or procedures.
  11. Ensure that all necessary supplies and equipment are stocked and readily available for patient use.
  12. Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
  13. Attend and participate in training and educational opportunities to continuously improve job knowledge and skills.
  14. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
  15. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
  16. Demonstrate a commitment to providing compassionate and quality care to patients and their families.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent

  • Completion Of A Certified Patient Care Technician Program

  • Current Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification

  • Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Patient Care Role

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Provide Compassionate Care To Patients And Their Families.
