- Greet and welcome patients and their families with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring a positive experience for all patients
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Verify patient insurance information and assist with any billing or payment inquiries
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow and timely appointments
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures, including collecting necessary information and processing payments
- Communicate with patients and their families regarding any necessary forms or documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and work space
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times
- Attend department meetings and training sessions to stay updated on policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient patient experience
- Continuously seek to improve processes and identify opportunities for enhancing patient satisfaction
- Remain knowledgeable about all services and offerings provided by Prisma Health to effectively promote them to patients and their families

Minimum Of High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education
Previous Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Neurology Department
Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills
Proficient In Electronic Medical Records Systems
