In this role, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families.   1. Greet and welcome patients and their families in a warm and friendly manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
  3. Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  4. Collect and enter patient information accurately and efficiently.
  5. Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations.
  6. Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records.
  7. Communicate with patients regarding their treatment plans and financial responsibilities.
  8. Assist with billing and payment processing.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.
  10. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
  11. Continuously strive to improve patient satisfaction.
  12. Stay updated on industry developments and changes in policies and procedures.
  13. Handle any customer service issues and escalate to management when necessary.
  14. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and trainings.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
