- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.

- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records.
- Communicate with patients regarding their treatment plans and financial responsibilities.
