High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education Required, With Preference For An Associate's Or Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Registration, Insurance Verification, Or Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology, Insurance Guidelines, And Regulations.
Excellent Customer Service And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Handle Difficult Situations And Interact With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Professionals In A Professional And Empathetic Manner.
Proficiency In Computer Systems And Software, Including Electronic Medical Records, Insurance Verification Tools, And Microsoft Office Suite.
