  1. Respond to emergency calls and dispatch appropriate resources in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Remain calm and focused in high-stress situations.
  3. Provide exceptional healthcare services to our community.

  11. Keep up-to-date with all emergency response protocols and procedures.
  12. Provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families during emergency situations.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
  14. Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain and improve skills and knowledge.
  15. Serve as a representative of Prisma Health and uphold our mission and values.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Certification As A Paramedic By The National Registry Of Emergency Medical Technicians (Nremt).

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Paramedic In A High-Volume Emergency Medical Services Setting.

  • Proficient In Communication And Dispatch Protocols, As Well As Medical Terminology, Triage, And Emergency Response Procedures.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment, Demonstrating Strong Decision-Making Skills And The Ability To Remain Calm Under Pressure.

  • Excellent Computer Skills And Experience With Emergency Medical Dispatch Software, As Well As The Ability To Accurately Document And Input Information Into Computer Systems.
