- Provide exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming patients and their families to Prisma Health and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities and create individualized treatment plans to address their specific needs.
- Administer a variety of physical therapy techniques and exercises to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function.
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate updates to the referring physician and other members of the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for managing and maintaining their conditions and preventing future injuries.
- Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all treatment sessions, progress reports, and other required paperwork.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of practice, as well as Prisma Health's policies and procedures.
- Stay current with advancements and developments in the field of physical therapy by attending continuing education courses and participating in professional development opportunities.

Valid State License: The Candidate Must Hold A Valid License To Practice As A Physical Therapist In The State Where The Job Is Located.
Graduate Degree In Physical Therapy: A Doctor Of Physical Therapy (Dpt) Or Master Of Physical Therapy (Mpt) Degree From An Accredited Program Is Required For This Position.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Outpatient Orthopedics: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working In An Outpatient Orthopedic Setting, With A Focus On Musculoskeletal Conditions And Injuries.
Strong Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Practice: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Evidence-Based Practice And Be Able To Incorporate The Latest Research Into Their Treatment Plans.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As An Outpatient Physical Therapist, The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With Patients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
