  1. Provide administrative support to the Hospital Violence Intervention Program team.
  2. Coordinate program services and ensure efficient delivery to victims of violence.
  3. Maintain accurate and organized program records, including patient information and program statistics.
  4. Communicate with patients and their families to schedule appointments, follow-up care, and provide support and resources.
  5. Collaborate with various departments and community organizations to ensure comprehensive care for victims of violence.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of program initiatives and strategies.
  7. Ensure program compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  8. Manage program budget and expenses.
  9. Conduct research and compile data for program reports.
  10. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  11. Act as a liaison between the program team and other healthcare professionals.
  12. Participate in program meetings and trainings.
  13. Respond to inquiries and provide information about the program to potential patients and partners.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and partners.
  15. Continuously evaluate program processes and make recommendations for improvement.
  16. Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to violence intervention programs.
  17. Uphold the mission and values of Prisma Health in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Public Health, Or A Related Field

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Or Social Services Setting, With A Focus On Violence Prevention Or Intervention

  • Knowledge Of Community Resources And Services Related To Violence Prevention And Intervention

  • Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Populations

  • Understanding Of Trauma-Informed Care Principles And Experience Working With Individuals Who Have Experienced Violence
