• Collaborate with a team of occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients with physical, cognitive, or developmental challenges
• Implement treatment plans and interventions under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist
• Assist patients in developing and improving daily living skills, fine motor skills, and sensory integration
• Provide individualized treatment to patients of all ages, taking into consideration their unique needs and abilities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and evaluations
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families/caregivers to educate them on treatment goals and progress
• Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and ethical standards related to occupational therapy practice
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment planning and goal setting for patients
• Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay current on advancements in occupational therapy practice
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality care to all patients.
