  1. Provide compassionate and effective patient care on the 4B Surgical Telemetry unit.
  2. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
  3. Perform basic nursing tasks, such as taking vital signs, assisting with personal hygiene, and monitoring patient conditions.
  4. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, following infection control protocols.
  5. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff to provide information and support.
  6. Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
  7. Assist with patient transfers, mobilization, and other activities of daily living.
  8. Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions to the nursing team.

  11. Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and customer service.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification: Candidates For This Position Should Have A Valid Cna Certification From An Accredited Institution. This Ensures That They Have Received Proper Training And Possess The Necessary Skills To Perform Their Duties Effectively.

  • Prior Experience In Surgical And Telemetry Units: Candidates With Prior Experience In A Surgical Or Telemetry Unit Will Be Preferred. This Experience Demonstrates Their Ability To Handle Patients With Complex Medical Conditions And Use Specialized Equipment.

  • Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification: Nursing Assistants Should Have A Current Bls Certification To Provide Emergency Care To Patients. This Certification Also Shows That They Are Up-To-Date With The Latest Techniques And Protocols For Handling Emergency Situations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Nursing Assistant, The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Professionals. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For Building Rapport And Providing Quality Care.

  • Attention To Detail And Strong Organizational Skills: Nursing Assistants Are Responsible For Monitoring And Documenting Patient Care, Administering Medications, And Assisting With Procedures.
