Master's Degree In Nursing With A Specialization In Infectious Disease: Candidates For This Position Must Possess A Master's Degree In Nursing With A Focus On Infectious Disease. This Specialized Education Will Provide The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Diagnose And Treat Patients With Infectious Diseases.
Current State Licensure As A Nurse Practitioner: A Valid And Current State License As A Nurse Practitioner Is A Must-Have Qualification For This Role. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Met The Required Standards Of Education, Training, And Competency To Practice As A Nurse Practitioner In The State.
Certification In Infectious Disease: Candidates Must Hold A Certification In Infectious Disease From A Nationally Recognized Certifying Body Such As The American Nurses Credentialing Center (Ancc) Or The National Certification Corporation (Ncc).
