Master's Degree In Nursing: Prisma Health Requires All Nurse Practitioners In Direct Primary Care To Have A Master's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Program. This Ensures That They Have Received Advanced Education And Training In The Field Of Healthcare.
Active Nurse Practitioner License: A Valid And Active Nurse Practitioner License Is A Must-Have Qualification For This Role. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Met All The Necessary Requirements To Practice As A Nurse Practitioner In The State.
Certification As A Nurse Practitioner: Candidates For This Role Must Also Hold A Certification As A Nurse Practitioner From A Recognized Certifying Body Such As The American Nurses Credentialing Center (Ancc) Or The American Association Of Nurse Practitioners (Aanp).
Experience In Primary Care: Prisma Health Prefers Candidates With Prior Experience In Primary Care Settings, Such As Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Or Pediatrics. This Ensures That The Candidate Is Familiar With The Unique Challenges And Demands Of Providing Direct Primary Care Services.
