
Nurse Manager, Emergency Trauma

- Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff in the Emergency Trauma department.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality and compassionate emergency care to patients.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the department, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new staff members.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) Or Equivalent Education And Experience.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Emergency Trauma Nursing.
Current And Active Rn License In The State Of Employment.
Certification In Emergency Nursing (Cen) Or Trauma Nursing (Tncc) Preferred.
