  1. Administer Anesthesia: Provide safe and effective anesthesia care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
  2. Monitor Patient Vital Signs: Monitor and assess patient vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen levels, during anesthesia administration and adjust as needed.
  3. Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as surgeons and anesthesiologists, to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  4. Educate Patients: Educate patients and their families on the risks and benefits of anesthesia and answer any questions they may have.
  5. Maintain Documentation: Accurately and thoroughly document all aspects of anesthesia care, including patient assessments, medications administered, and any adverse reactions.
  6. Adhere to Safety Protocols: Follow all safety protocols and best practices to minimize the risk of complications during and after anesthesia.
  7. Stay Current on Developments in Anesthesia: Continuously stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in the field of anesthesia to provide the best possible care to patients.
  8. Provide Support to Patients: Offer emotional support and reassurance to patients before, during, and after anesthesia to help ease any anxiety or discomfort.
  9. Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all legal and ethical standards, as well as facility policies and procedures, to ensure compliance and maintain patient safety.
  10. Participate in Team Meetings: Attend and actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights, and contributing to the overall improvement of patient care.
  11. Maintain Professionalism: Demonstrate professionalism and compassion in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and other members of the healthcare team.
  12. Continuously Improve: Seek out opportunities for professional development and continuous learning to improve skills and stay current in the field of anesthesia.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution

  • Current And Active Certification As A Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (Crna)

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Anesthesia Practice

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Anesthesia Techniques And Equipment

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment
