- Conduct neuropsychological evaluations and assessments on patients to identify and diagnose cognitive and behavioral conditions.
- Collaborate with other members of the multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
- Utilize evidence-based interventions and therapies to treat patients with various cognitive and behavioral disorders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessment results, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to explain assessment results, treatment plans, and progress.
- Stay current on advances in neuroscience and psychology research to continuously improve treatment methods.
- Conduct research studies and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the field of neuropsychology.
- Provide education and training to colleagues, students, and other healthcare professionals on neuropsychology and related topics.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of patient care and research.
- Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient progress and coordinate care.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with patients, colleagues, and other staff members.

Doctoral Degree In Clinical Psychology With A Specialization In Neuropsychology: A Candidate For This Role Should Have A Doctorate Degree In Clinical Psychology With A Concentration In Neuropsychology From An Accredited University.
State Licensure In Neuropsychology: The Candidate Must Be Licensed To Practice Neuropsychology In The State Where They Will Be Working. This Includes Passing State-Specific Board Exams And Maintaining Active Licensure.
Board Certification In Neuropsychology: Prisma Health Seeks A Candidate Who Is Board Certified In Neuropsychology By The American Board Of Clinical Neuropsychology (Abcn) Or The American Board Of Professional Psychology (Abpp).
Clinical Experience In Neuropsychological Assessment And Intervention: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Clinical Experience In Conducting Neuropsychological Evaluations And Providing Interventions For A Diverse Range Of Populations.
Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Ethical Guidelines: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Ethical Principles And Guidelines Governing The Practice Of Neuropsychology, As Well As Laws And Regulations Related To Patient Confidentiality And Privacy.
