- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar for healthcare providers.
- Communicate with patients, families, and caregivers in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
- Stay current with industry updates and attend trainings to maintain certification and enhance skills.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

- Assist in the orientation and training of new medical assistants.

Certified Medical Assistant (Cma) Credential From An Accredited Institution Or Program
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably Within A Hospital Or Healthcare System
Proficient In Medical Terminology, Electronic Health Records (Ehr), And Other Relevant Software Programs
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment
Knowledge Of Medical Procedures, Including Taking Vital Signs, Administering Injections, And Performing Basic Lab Tests.
