  1. Conduct mental health assessments for patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
  2. Provide individual and group therapy sessions according to patients' needs.
  3. Monitor and document patients' progress and behavior, and report any concerns to the treatment team.
  4. Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  5. Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders and treatment options.
  6. Administer medication and monitor its effects on patients.
  7. Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, adhering to all safety and security protocols.
  8. Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques when necessary.
  9. Attend and participate in treatment team meetings and case conferences.
  10. Continuously evaluate and modify treatment plans as needed.
  11. Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in the field of mental health.
  12. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in patient care.
  13. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions and treatment plans.
  14. Uphold confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
  15. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  16. Act as a positive role model for patients and colleagues, promoting a culture of compassion and understanding.
  17. Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with all members of the treatment team.
  18. Adhere to all policies and procedures of Prisma Health and Marshall Pickens.
  19. Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and team members.
  20. Embody the mission and values of Prisma Health, promoting a patient-centered and caring environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Mental Health Setting, Preferably With Adults.

  • Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Treatments For Common Mental Health Disorders.

  • Experience Working With Individuals With Severe And Persistent Mental Illness.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Support To Patients And Their Families.
