  1. Analyze managed care systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of managed care systems.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the performance of managed care systems to ensure they are meeting organizational goals and objectives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and enhancements to managed care systems.
  5. Provide technical support and assistance to end-users regarding managed care systems.
  6. Conduct training sessions to educate end-users on new or updated managed care systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Operations Or It, Preferably In A Managed Care Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Managed Care Principles, Including Utilization Management, Claims Processing, And Provider Network Management.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting, With Experience Using Sql, Tableau, Or Other Analytics Tools.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Stakeholders.
