  1. Provide exceptional care to patients in an Ambulatory Clinic setting.
  2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  3. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  4. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  5. Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  7. Adhere to all safety and infection control policies and procedures.
  8. Assist with patient exams and procedures.
  9. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  10. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
  11. Participate in continuing education and training to maintain licensure and enhance skills.
  12. Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor at all times.
  13. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of nursing practice.
  14. Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  15. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  16. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  17. Act as a patient advocate and ensure patient needs are met.
  18. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for improving patient care.
  19. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  20. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Lpn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Current And Valid Lpn License From An Accredited Institution.

  • Prior Experience In An Ambulatory Clinic Setting: Candidates Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In An Ambulatory Clinic, Preferably In A Similar Role.

  • Knowledge Of Ambulatory Care Procedures: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Ambulatory Care Procedures, Including Administering Medications, Taking Vital Signs, And Assisting With Minor Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Lpns In An Ambulatory Clinic Setting Must Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Ability To Work Independently: The Candidate Should Be Able To Work Independently In A Fast-Paced Environment, Making Quick Decisions And Adapting To Changing Situations In The Clinic.
