- Manage day-to-day operations of the microbiology laboratory, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality and accurate results by overseeing laboratory processes and procedures.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Microbiology, Biotechnology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Or Research Laboratory Setting, With A Focus On Microbiology.
Strong Knowledge Of Laboratory Testing Procedures, Equipment, And Quality Assurance Processes.
Experience Managing A Team Of Laboratory Technicians And Scientists.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks And Projects.
