- Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment, supplies, and inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted operations.

- Identify and address any issues or concerns related to laboratory operations, including quality control and safety protocols.
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records for all laboratory activities and results.
- Stay current with industry trends, technology, and advancements in laboratory testing and recommend updates or changes as needed.
- Manage budgets and resources to optimize laboratory operations while maintaining cost-efficiency.
- Foster a positive work environment and provide leadership, guidance, and support to laboratory staff.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as physicians and vendors, to maintain strong relationships and ensure smooth operations.
- Continuously assess and improve laboratory processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Communicate effectively with management and other departments to provide updates, address concerns, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain confidentiality of all laboratory information and results.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Medical Technology.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Laboratory Setting, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role.
Knowledge Of Laboratory Operations And Regulatory Requirements, Including Clia, Cap, And Joint Commission Standards.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Diverse Team Of Laboratory Staff.
Experience With Budget Management, Inventory Control, And Equipment Maintenance.
