- Troubleshoot and repair any malfunctions or breakdowns in HVAC systems.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Education Requirement For A Hvac Technician Job At Prisma Health Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Understanding Of Math, Science, And Technical Skills Required For The Job.
Hvac Certification: Prisma Health Requires Candidates To Have A Certification In Hvac, Such As From The North American Technician Excellence (Nate) Or The National Occupational Competency Testing Institute (Nocti). This Certification Indicates That The Candidate Has The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Perform Hvac Work.
Experience In Hvac Installation And Maintenance: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Hvac Installation And Maintenance. This Experience Should Include Working With Various Types Of Hvac Systems, Troubleshooting, And Diagnosing Problems.
Knowledge Of Safety Regulations And Procedures: Prisma Health Values The Safety Of Their Employees And Patients.
