  1. Conduct employee health assessments and screenings to promote overall well-being and detect any potential health issues.
  2. Develop and implement individualized care plans for employees with chronic health conditions or injuries.
  3. Administer vaccinations and perform other medical procedures as needed.
  4. Educate employees on health and wellness topics, including preventative measures and healthy lifestyle choices.
  5. Provide compassionate and empathetic support to employees in need of medical care.
  6. Maintain accurate and thorough medical records for each employee.
  7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for employees.
  8. Monitor and track employee health trends and report any concerns or issues to management.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices in employee health and wellness.
  10. Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times when interacting with employees.
  11. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in regards to patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
  12. Proactively identify potential workplace health hazards and make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Participate in employee health promotion events and initiatives.
  14. Complete all necessary documentation and reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve employee health programs and processes to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Lpn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid And Active License As A Licensed Practical Nurse (Lpn) In The State Of South Carolina.

  • Previous Experience In Employee Health: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In An Employee Health Or Occupational Health Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Occupational Health Regulations: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Osha Regulations, Workers' Compensation Laws, And Other Relevant Regulations Related To Employee Health.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As They Will Be Responsible For Educating Employees On Health And Safety Protocols And Communicating With Healthcare Providers.

  • Ability To Work Independently: The Candidate Should Be Able To Work Independently And Make Decisions In A Fast-Paced Environment. They Should Also Be Able To Prioritize Tasks And Handle Multiple Responsibilities Simultaneously.
