We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Director of Energy & Facility Infrastructure. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and oversee the energy management and facility infrastructure operations for our organization.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans for energy management and facility infrastructure operations to ensure efficient and sustainable operations across all facilities within the organization.
  2. Oversee and manage all aspects of energy usage, including electricity, gas, water, and renewable energy sources, to optimize usage and reduce costs.
  3. Lead and direct a team of energy and facility infrastructure professionals to ensure the smooth operation of all facilities and equipment.
  4. Collaborate with other departments, including finance, operations, and maintenance, to identify and implement energy-saving initiatives and cost-saving strategies.
  5. Monitor and analyze energy and utility data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  6. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to energy usage and facility infrastructure.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality services and cost-effective solutions.
  8. Prepare and manage department budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses, to ensure efficient use of resources.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in energy management and facility infrastructure to continuously improve operations.
  10. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement sustainability initiatives and promote a culture of environmental responsibility within the organization.
  11. Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads and facility managers, to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  12. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide mentoring and coaching to team members to foster professional growth and development.
  13. Represent the organization at conferences, seminars, and other events related to energy management and facility infrastructure to stay informed and contribute to industry advancements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Architecture, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Energy And Facility Infrastructure Management.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With Proven Experience In Managing A Team And Budget.

  • Knowledge Of Energy Efficiency And Sustainability Practices In Healthcare Facilities.

  • Familiarity With Building Codes, Regulations, And Industry Standards Related To Energy And Facility Infrastructure.
