- Collaborate with insurance companies and other payers to ensure coverage and reimbursement for diabetes education services.
- Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing, Nutrition, Or A Related Field.
Certification As A Certified Diabetes Educator (Cde) Or Willingness To Obtain Certification Within 1 Year Of Employment.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working With Patients With Diabetes In A Clinical Or Educational Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Diabetes Management, Treatment Options, And The Ability To Develop Individualized Care Plans.
Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Educate And Motivate Patients To Make Lifestyle Changes To Manage Their Diabetes.
