  • Develop and implement data management strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze data needs, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and quality
  • Design and maintain databases, data warehouses, and other data storage systems
  • Ensure adherence to data governance policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain data dictionaries, data standards, and data classification frameworks
  • Monitor data usage and performance, identifying and resolving issues as needed
  • Conduct data quality assessments and implement measures to improve data integrity
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements and automation in data management
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and healthcare systems
  • Provide training and support to team members on data management processes and tools
  • Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data management
  • Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies and decisions for the organization

  • Advanced Knowledge Of Data Management Principles And Techniques: Candidates For This Position Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Data Management Principles And Best Practices, Including Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Security, And Data Integration.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Visualization Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Various Data Analysis And Visualization Tools, Such As Sql, Python, R, Tableau, And Power Bi.
