1. Conduct initial assessments and evaluations of patients to determine their mental health needs.
2. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients based on their individual needs and goals.
3. Provide counseling and therapy services to patients, both individually and in group settings.
4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
5. Monitor and track patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
6. Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
