Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Compensation Administration, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws Related To Compensation And Benefits, Including But Not Limited To Fair Labor Standards Act (Flsa) And Equal Pay Act.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Complex Data To Make Informed Compensation Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Compensation Concepts To Various Stakeholders And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
