In this role, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our compensation programs to attract, retain, and motivate our talented workforce.   1. Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to ensure our compensation programs are competitive and equitable.
  3. Partner with HR and business leaders to understand the needs of different departments and create customized compensation plans.
  4. Design and administer compensation policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  5. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure budgetary considerations are taken into account when developing compensation plans.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in compensation to continuously improve our programs.
  8. Oversee the administration of employee compensation, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentives.
  9. Ensure accurate and timely communication of compensation changes to employees.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation issues and provide guidance and support to HR and management teams.
  11. Conduct job evaluations and market pricing to determine appropriate salary ranges.
  12. Maintain accurate records and data related to compensation programs.
  13. Respond to employee inquiries and concerns regarding compensation.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  15. Train and mentor junior compensation staff.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Compensation Administration Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Compensation Principles And Practices, Including Job Evaluation, Market Analysis, And Salary Structure Design.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Manipulate Data.

  • Experience With Hris And Compensation Software, Such As Workday Or Adp, And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.
