
Compensation Administrator

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive compensation plan that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Conduct job evaluations and market research to determine appropriate salary ranges for various positions within the organization.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to determine appropriate compensation packages for new hires and promotions.
- Manage and maintain employee compensation data and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation related matters, including salary negotiations and changes in compensation.
- Monitor and analyze trends in employee compensation and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations related to compensation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compensation policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure consistency and fairness in compensation practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation changes.
- Communicate compensation changes and updates to employees in a clear and timely manner.
- Handle any compensation-related inquiries or issues from employees with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Participate in salary surveys and benchmarking studies to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Contribute to the overall success of the HR department by supporting other initiatives and projects as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Compensation Administration, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting
Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Compensation, Including Flsa And Ada
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Compensation Data
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including Hr, Finance, And Leadership.
