  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive compensation plan that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct job evaluations and market research to determine appropriate salary ranges for various positions within the organization.
  3. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to determine appropriate compensation packages for new hires and promotions.
  4. Manage and maintain employee compensation data and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  5. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation related matters, including salary negotiations and changes in compensation.
  6. Monitor and analyze trends in employee compensation and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  7. Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations related to compensation.
  8. Assist in the development and implementation of compensation policies and procedures.
  9. Conduct regular audits to ensure consistency and fairness in compensation practices.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation changes.
  12. Communicate compensation changes and updates to employees in a clear and timely manner.
  13. Handle any compensation-related inquiries or issues from employees with professionalism and sensitivity.
  14. Participate in salary surveys and benchmarking studies to ensure competitiveness in the market.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the HR department by supporting other initiatives and projects as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Compensation Administration, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Compensation, Including Flsa And Ada

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Compensation Data

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including Hr, Finance, And Leadership.
