  1. Oversee and manage the daily clinical operations of the Orthopedics department.
  2. Ensure that all patient care is delivered with the highest level of quality and in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  4. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  5. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient care and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  6. Develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to best practices.
  7. Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new clinical staff.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to clinical staff.
  9. Serve as a resource and mentor for clinical staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  10. Collaborate with other departments and healthcare teams to improve overall patient care and satisfaction.
  11. Act as a liaison between the Orthopedics department and other areas of the organization, communicating and coordinating effectively to ensure smooth operations.
  12. Monitor and manage departmental budgets and resources to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and work towards achieving departmental and organizational goals.
  14. Stay up-to-date with current trends and developments in orthopedic nursing and share knowledge with the team.
  15. Promote a positive and professional work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration among all staff members.
