- Oversee and manage all aspects of the employer health services program.
- Ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency in the delivery of healthcare services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve program effectiveness and compliance.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure seamless coordination of services.
- Train and supervise program staff, providing ongoing support and development opportunities.
- Serve as a resource for healthcare providers, staff, and clients, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of program activities, including patient data and program statistics.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Communicate with employers and other stakeholders to promote the program and establish strong working relationships.
- Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for the program, working towards continuous improvement and growth.
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices, incorporating new ideas and innovations into the program.
- Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional patient care and customer service at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Management, Preferably In An Employer Health Services Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Occupational Health Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills.
Current Rn License And Certification In Occupational Health Nursing Preferred.
