- Oversee and manage all clinical operations within the healthcare system.
- Ensure that all patient care services are delivered with the highest level of quality and in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, staff, and administrators to develop and implement strategies for improving patient care and overall efficiency.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators related to clinical operations and make recommendations for improvement as needed.

Current Rn License In The State Of Employment.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Healthcare Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Hospital Setting.
