- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Observe and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
- Assist with patient transfers and mobility as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Follow all infection control protocols and maintain proper hygiene.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic medical records.
