  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall behavioral health programs and initiatives of Prisma Health.
  2. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the behavioral health programs, including planning, budgeting, and evaluating program effectiveness.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address the mental health needs of the community.
  4. Conduct regular needs assessments to determine the most pressing mental health concerns and develop programs to address them.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, including mental health organizations, to enhance program offerings and reach a larger population.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to behavioral health services.
  7. Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  8. Monitor program outcomes and collect data to measure the impact and success of the programs.
  9. Assist in the development of grant proposals and fundraising efforts to secure funding for the behavioral health programs.
  10. Serve as a resource for patients and community members seeking behavioral health services, providing information and referrals as needed.
  11. Develop and maintain program materials, such as brochures, flyers, and educational materials.
  12. Stay current on trends and best practices in the behavioral health field to continually improve program offerings.
  13. Represent Prisma Health at community events and meetings to promote the organization's behavioral health programs and services.
  14. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on program activities, outcomes, and budget expenditures.
  15. Advocate for and promote mental health awareness and destigmatization within the community.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Working In A Behavioral Health Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Practices And Treatment Modalities For Various Mental Health Conditions.

  • Strong Communication And Organizational Skills To Effectively Coordinate And Oversee Program Operations.

  • Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Manage Multiple Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
