  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the delivery of mental health services within Prisma Health.
  2. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the behavioral health program, including program development, implementation, and evaluation.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  4. Monitor program performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  5. Conduct research and stay updated on best practices and trends in the field of behavioral health.
  6. Serve as a point of contact for individuals seeking mental health services and provide guidance and support.
  7. Work closely with clinical staff to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and organizations to enhance the program's impact.
  9. Provide education and training to staff and community members on behavioral health and substance abuse topics.
  10. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards related to behavioral health services.
  11. Maintain accurate records and reports on program activities and outcomes.
  12. Act as an advocate for individuals struggling with mental health and substance abuse, promoting understanding and reducing stigma.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to promote the behavioral health program and raise awareness.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve the program to meet the evolving needs of the community.
  15. Maintain a positive and supportive work environment for all team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Psychology, Social Work, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Behavioral Health Program Coordination Or Management.

  • Knowledge Of Mental Health Treatment Options And Resources, Including Evidence-Based Therapies And Medication Management.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With A Focus On Building Relationships And Collaborating With A Multidisciplinary Team.

  • Experience With Program Development, Implementation, And Evaluation, As Well As Budget Management And Grant Writing.
