High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For A Behavioral Health - Patient Observer Job At Prisma Health Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent.
Previous Experience In Mental Health Field: Candidates With Prior Experience In A Mental Health Setting, Such As A Psychiatric Hospital Or Behavioral Health Facility, Will Be Preferred For This Role.
Knowledge Of Behavioral Health Conditions: A Thorough Understanding Of Various Behavioral Health Conditions, Including But Not Limited To Depression, Anxiety, And Bipolar Disorder, Is Essential For This Job.
Strong Communication Skills: Effective Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are Crucial For A Behavioral Health - Patient Observer As They Will Be Required To Communicate With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Professionals.
Cpr And First Aid Certification: Due To The Nature Of The Job, Candidates Must Possess Current Cpr And First Aid Certification Or Be Willing To Obtain It Within A Specified Timeframe After Being Hired.
