- Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff in the Gastrointestinal Diagnostic Lab.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Field: Anms In A Gastrointestinal Diagnostic Lab At Prisma Health Should Have A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Field. This Educational Qualification Ensures That The Anm Has A Strong Foundation In Nursing Principles And Can Effectively Manage And Coordinate The Care Of Patients.
Active Rn License In The State Of South Carolina: Anms At Prisma Health Must Hold An Active Rn License In The State Of South Carolina. This License Ensures That The Anm Is Qualified To Practice Nursing In The State And Has Met All The Necessary Requirements For Licensure.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Nursing Experience: Anms In A Gastrointestinal Diagnostic Lab Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Nursing Experience. This Experience Allows The Anm To Have A Strong Clinical Background And Knowledge Of The Procedures And Protocols Involved In Diagnosing And Treating Gastrointestinal Conditions.
Previous Leadership Or Management Experience: Anms At Prisma Health Should Have Previous Leadership Or Management Experience. This Experience Demonstrates The Anm's Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team, Make Decisions, And Handle Various Administrative Tasks.
Knowledge Of Gastrointestinal Diagnostic Procedures And Equipment: Anms In This Role Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Gastrointestinal Diagnostic Procedures And Equipment. This Includes Knowledge Of Endoscopy, Colonoscopy, And Other Diagnostic Tests, As Well As The Ability To Troubleshoot And Maintain Equipment Used In The Lab.
