  1. Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.
  2. Maintain and organize departmental files, documents, and records.
  3. Manage and prioritize incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  4. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for departmental staff.
  5. Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and other meeting materials.
  6. Assist with budget management and expense tracking.
  7. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including patients, staff, and vendors.
  8. Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees, including coordinating orientations and processing paperwork.
  9. Maintain office supplies and equipment, and submit purchase requests as needed.
  10. Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports.
  11. Assist with special projects and events as assigned.
  12. Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
