- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and update client accounts, including billing, contracts, and contact information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered according to established timelines and standards.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on client accounts, including performance metrics and any areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of services.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may impact client satisfaction or retention.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and communications.
- Utilize a variety of communication methods, such as phone, email, and in-person meetings, to effectively engage with clients.
- Support the Equipped For Life team with any additional tasks and projects as needed.
- Continuously strive to provide exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Account Management Or Customer Service.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations, Insurance Claims, And Billing Processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
Proficient In Using Electronic Medical Record Systems And Microsoft Office Suite.
