  1. Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and answering phone calls.
  2. Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, including monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and assisting with activities of daily living.
  3. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team to ensure a positive patient experience.
  4. Collaborate with the nursing staff to ensure the delivery of safe and quality patient care.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including stocking and ordering supplies as needed.
  6. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
  7. Participate in continuing education and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in patient care.
  8. Utilize technology and computer systems to accurately document patient information and maintain patient records.
  9. Demonstrate empathy and compassion towards patients and their families, providing emotional support when needed.
  10. Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.

Job Qualifications
