Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Assistant to join our team. As a Technical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare professionals by ensuring all technical equipment and systems are functioning properly. This position requires strong technical knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills.   1. Perform routine maintenance and calibration of technical equipment and systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize disruption to patient care.
  3. Assist healthcare professionals in setting up and operating technical equipment for procedures and treatments.
  4. Monitor and record data from technical equipment to ensure accurate and consistent results.
  5. Keep inventory of technical supplies and place orders when necessary.
  6. Train and educate healthcare staff on proper use and maintenance of technical equipment.
  7. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  8. Stay updated on new technology and advancements in the healthcare industry and make recommendations for equipment upgrades or replacements.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate technical support for special projects or events.
  10. Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to technical equipment and systems.
  11. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
  12. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall patient experience.
  13. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
  14. Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and other team members to ensure smooth operation of technical equipment and systems.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
