Experience In Provider Contracting: A Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Negotiating And Managing Provider Contracts In The Healthcare Industry Is Required For This Role. This Includes Experience In Developing And Maintaining Relationships With Providers, Analyzing Contract Terms And Negotiating Reimbursement Rates.
Knowledge Of Network Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Network Development Strategies, Including Market Analysis, Provider Recruitment, And Network Expansion. Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Trends And Regulations Related To Network Development Is Also Essential.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: The Supervisor Network Development - Provider Contracting Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Contract Negotiators And Network Development Specialists.
