  1. Oversee the development and management of the provider network for Presbyterian Healthcare Services.
  2. Ensure high-quality and cost-effective care for patients through strategic partnerships and relationships with providers.
  3. Utilize expertise in network development and contracting to negotiate favorable terms for the organization.
  4. Stay up-to-date on healthcare regulations and reimbursement methodologies to ensure compliance and maximize reimbursement.

  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure alignment and efficiency within the organization.
  7. Develop and maintain positive relationships with providers, fostering a collaborative and mutually beneficial partnership.
  8. Monitor and analyze network performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  9. Prepare and present reports on network development and contracting activities to senior leadership.
  10. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in network development processes and strategies.

  12. Represent Presbyterian Healthcare Services in external meetings and negotiations with providers and other stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Provider Contracting: A Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Negotiating And Managing Provider Contracts In The Healthcare Industry Is Required For This Role. This Includes Experience In Developing And Maintaining Relationships With Providers, Analyzing Contract Terms And Negotiating Reimbursement Rates.

  • Knowledge Of Network Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Network Development Strategies, Including Market Analysis, Provider Recruitment, And Network Expansion. Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Trends And Regulations Related To Network Development Is Also Essential.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: The Supervisor Network Development - Provider Contracting Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Contract Negotiators And Network Development Specialists. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Develop Team Members, Are Required For This Role.

  • Analytical And Financial Acumen: This Position Involves Analyzing Complex Data And Financial Information Related To Provider Contracts And Network Development.
