Job Description

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker - Hospice & Palliative Care to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be an empathetic and patient listener, with a commitment to providing high-quality care and comfort to patients and their families.To be successful in this role, you should have a working knowledge of hospice and palliative care regulations as well as a deep understanding of the challenges of end-of-life care.
