Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Sourcing & Contracting Manager to join our team.   1. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services for the organization.
  2. Oversee the entire sourcing and contracting process, from identifying needs and evaluating suppliers to negotiating and finalizing contracts.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and provide guidance on procurement best practices.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and trends in pricing and availability.
  5. Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to ensure the best value for the organization.
  6. Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contract terms and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a reliable and consistent supply chain.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations and make recommendations to improve sourcing and contracting processes.
  9. Train and mentor junior sourcing and contracting staff to ensure their professional growth and development.
  10. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on sourcing and contracting activities and results.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations in the sourcing and contracting process.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing and contracting processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  13. Represent the organization in negotiations and meetings with suppliers and vendors.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to sourcing and contracting activities.
  15. Embody the organization's mission and values, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration in all aspects of the role.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Sourcing And Contracting, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Negotiation And Management Of Contracts With Vendors And Suppliers.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Laws And Regulations, Including Hipaa And Medicare/Medicaid.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Departments And Stakeholders To Achieve Goals.
