- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for streamlining and optimization.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, system requirements, and project plans.
- Utilize industry best practices and tools to effectively gather and analyze data, and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of new processes and systems, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Act as a subject matter expert on business systems and processes, providing guidance and support to other team members and departments.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed, implementing solutions to ensure optimal functionality.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements, and proactively identify opportunities for process and system improvement.
- Conduct user training and develop user manuals for new systems and processes to ensure successful adoption and utilization.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, and make adjustments as needed to drive continuous improvement.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols.
- Mentor and train junior business system analysts, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
- Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally, and uphold the values and mission of Presbyterian Healthcare Services.
Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Business Analysis Or Related Field, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Business Processes And Systems, With The Ability To Identify And Analyze Complex Business Problems.
Extensive Experience In Requirements Gathering, Documentation, And Analysis, As Well As Testing And Implementation Of Systems.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
