- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot security systems and technology, including cameras, alarms, access control systems, and emergency response systems.

- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement security protocols and procedures.

- Act as a first responder in emergency situations and provide support to staff and patients.

Knowledge Of Security Systems: A Security Technician At Presbyterian Healthcare Services Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Security Systems, Such As Access Control, Cctv, And Alarm Systems. They Should Also Be Familiar With The Latest Technology In The Security Industry.
Experience In Installation And Maintenance: Candidates For This Role Should Have Hands-On Experience In Installing And Maintaining Security Systems, Including Troubleshooting And Repairing Any Issues That May Arise.
Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations: Presbyterian Healthcare Services Is A Healthcare Organization, So The Security Technician Should Have A Good Understanding Of Hipaa Regulations And Other Compliance Requirements Related To Protecting Sensitive Patient Information.
Communication And Teamwork Skills: A Security Technician Will Work Closely With Other Members Of The Security Team And Various Departments Within The Organization. They Should Possess Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills To Effectively Collaborate And Coordinate Security Efforts.
Physical And Technical Aptitude: This Role May Require The Security Technician To Climb Ladders, Lift Heavy Equipment, And Work In Confined Spaces.
