Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement individualized patient care plans according to the patient's condition and prescribed medical treatments.
2. Monitor and assess patient vitals, such as heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration rate.
3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
4. Monitor and assess patient responses to treatments and medications.
5. Educate patients and families on health care needs, treatment plans, and medical conditions.
6. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
7. Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
8. Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation.
9. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
10. Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
