Job Description

We are looking for an experienced RN to join our team in providing outstanding care to mothers and their newborns in our Mother and Baby Care unit. In this role, you will be responsible for offering compassionate, high-quality care to our patients and their families.The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of two years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a high-acuity setting, such as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Prior experience working with newborns and their mothers is preferred. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients and their families.
  2. Work independently and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Maintain focus on patient safety and satisfaction.
  4. Utilize a minimum of two years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a high-acuity setting, such as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
  5. Have prior experience working with newborns and their mothers.
  6. Monitor and assess patient progress.
  7. Administer medications, IVs, and other treatments as needed.
  8. Collaborate with healthcare team and provide education to patients and families.
  9. Document patient care and progress in patient records.
  10. Comply with hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
